This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My position involves a lot of printing for my students! I have to make sure parents have a printed copy of their child's individualized educational program at each PPT meeting! I also have to make sure each and every student has individualized work. I have students ranging from ages 4 to 11 and there is a lot of work between those ages! I need letter sounds and numbers for grade K! Phonics blends and cvc words for grade 1 and reading passages for grades 3! It's a lot of differentiated work and a lot to print!

We are a school of 1100 students and 100 teachers and only 2 copy machines, so it is very difficult to get access to a realibale copy machine and printer.

Having the access to a room printer is really priceless in the resources classroom! I rarely print out a class set of anything. I have to match each specific assignment to each specific child and this classroom printer has been an invaluable tool!

I am super psyched to get this toner to have on hand as my ink has run out and this project is urgent to keep my students with their differentiated work! You can help me help them and that is priceless!
