My Project
STEM and engineering kits from industry leaders will equip students with the fundamental skills in engineering and math for a successful transition into the workforce or college. Robots will immerse my minority students in STEM - the thrill of engineering, building, programming and movement challenges. 85% of Black, Latino, and other students come from low-income households and enter classrooms without enough books, technology, and supplies. Our Equity Focus empowers our community to make a difference. Help my students experience robot building and programming, with a focus on the classroom, community, statewide and national 21st computer science skills by engaging with actual robots.
