My Students

My classroom is a place where students from diverse backgrounds come to collaborate in learning. One thing that we all have in common, is that we live in the area with the highest poverty in our district. However, this does not stop the fun!

My kids are strong, talented, so smart, and most importantly, they are the leaders of tomorrow.

They love seeing their progress and taking pride in their work.

My Project

We are super lucky to be able to be in a face to face learning situation. We began a flexible seating classroom a couple of years before covid and have found that this is a great way for students to social distance if necessary in our classroom. All our items would be better if they were able to be cleaned and sanitized properly. We also have quite a few pieces that are in need of an update. A lot of the items included have to do with organization. The more organized we are the better we are able to focus in our classroom environment. The organization also reduces the risk of student to student transfer of germs. Ultimately, I would like for my students to have a clean space, where they love to come, and can be safe. Please help us "Update This Space!"
