For five-year-olds, learning should be filled with opportunities to touch, discover, experiment, and experience success. They were so excited when I first opened them and put them out for the class to enjoy. Just this morning I overheard them working together and having fun! One student was in charge of building the house, another was building the pool, and someone else was making a road. I love that they are learning to collaborate and build our classroom culture. I also love that these STEM supplies can help get my students comfortable, excited, and ready to start our school day. \r\nWe played our first math review game with the pop darts last week! Students had to toss the pop darts onto the whiteboard and try to earn as many points as they could for their team! We used our buzzer game during reading time also. Students had to buzz in when they found the vocab word we were looking for. We will be for sure be adding these games into our review rotations each week! \r\nMy students and I are so grateful for your support.
