My Project

My students are curious and great critical thinkers but can lack the reading skills to engage with English class work! We want to increase our culturally relevant reading materials, as well as offer more practical social justice opportunities to keep them engaged in real-world connections to literature.

With this project we hope to restock our current supplies and add interesting texts of all levels, while increasing our ability to organize and store our reading task work in a mobile cabinet and give students the best possible opportunities to make real world change through their learning!

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
