My Project

Strong phonics materials will provide my second-grade students with hands-on tools to practice decoding, spelling, and reading fluently. Many of my students are still strengthening foundational reading skills, and engaging resources such as letter tiles, phonics games, and targeted practice activities will help make learning both meaningful and fun. These materials will allow students to work independently, in small groups, and with me during targeted instruction, giving them multiple opportunities to build confidence and accuracy. By strengthening their understanding of letter-sound patterns, my students will become more successful readers and writers, creating a foundation for lifelong literacy.
