Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Living in the desert can make it difficult for students to understand different biomes, ecosystems, and the biodiversity of areas outside of their own.

By providing hands-on activities about ecosystems, students will learn and understand the complex interactions between and within various environments and the human impacts on the living and nonliving parts in them.

Games, projects, and lab activities as well as samples of invasive species will spark curiosity and interest into the studies of ecosystem dynamics and interactions, which will help students to be more successful with the course content.
