As a 3rd grade Dual Immersion teacher, I have two classes with 56 students in total. As you can imagine, when my English partners are able to do amazing things, because their student's number are around 20, I can not afford to buy supplies for my students.I believe that art education is a crucial aspect of my students's development.Not only does it allow them to express themselves creatively, but it also enhances their problem-solving skills, fine motor skills, and critical thinking abilities.
Art supplies are the key to unlocking this creativity, and I want to ensure that my students have access to a wide range of materials to explore and experiment with.
By purchasing art supplies for my classroom like crayons, markers, tape, sharpener, velcro and sharpies, I aim to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment where all students can explore their artistic side. I envision my students eager to work and share their creations with their peers. With art supplies, I can foster a love of art and creativity that will benefit my students throughout their lives.
