Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

More than 96% of our students come from low-income homes in which new and replenished school uniforms may not be the financial priority. This year, we have seen an influx in immigrant students seeking political asylum in the United States.

No child deserves to come to school worried about the clothes on their back.

Please help me provide my newcomer students with clean uniform bottoms, polo uniform shirts, socks, and underwear. These clothing items will help reduce the financial stress imposed on families throughout the school year. The uniforms and wipes will also help to ensure that the office is stocked with extra clothing and undergarments in case of an accident or emergency.
