My Students

The students in my kindergarten classroom are a complete hoot! They are amazing to watch learn and grow. My classroom focuses on meeting students' needs in a variety of ways. Most of my students receive either free or reduced-price breakfast and lunch. Others have difficult life situations that bring distractions to their learning day.

My students are filled with joy, creativity, positivity, and most of all, a love for learning.

Even though they are faced with so many challenges, they are still very eager to learn each and every day. A school is a place for exploration, new learning, new adventures, and having fun! I have some of the best students around.

My Project

We are working hard this year with learning. A lot of our knowledge is written on chart paper. From numbers to letters to words to addition sentences, we write it all and post our learning around the room. We are out of chart paper and in need of more.

We love the super-stick easel pads because we can post our learning up in the room without taping it.

I can move the charts around the room, make anchor charts and have the students draw and write. We will be so thankful for any donation towards this project. We use markers to register on our charts and need these replenished. Lastly, when I print off pieces to create anchor charts, we use a lot of toner from the printer. All these things help us to become better learners.
