My Project

Learning to play frisbee is an exciting game that is different from usual PE games. It does not require a lot of equipment and fun to learn. Frisbee can be played inside or outside making it great for classes that are outside for PE time. The game develops many fundamental motor skills such as running, leaping and the vertical jump. Ultimate Frisbee also develops hand-eye coordination and catching skills as well as the unique forehand, backhand and overhead throwing skills needed to propel the Frisbee. Kids love playing frisbee in PE class.
