Ukuleles for ALL!

Help me give my students their OWN ukuleles to play! Currently we are sharing ukuleles with partners but this will allow 100% of the class to have their own to use.

My Project

I am seeking funding for 11 more ukuleles to complete my classroom set for each student to have their own. These are great instruments to connect staff reading, chord reading, rhythm reading, and accompanying yourself while playing. This is a wonderful life skill that students can take into their real everyday life! I will also have before school clubs next year and will allow time for students to play ukuleles in those clubs that are outside of regular instruction time.

I'm also excited about the students learning to accompany their own singing while playing for the preschool and kindergarten students with songs they are learning in the music room.
