This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our music program at PCS is getting students excited about music through our ukulele lessons. We have a problem with where to put our instruments, however. Our storage is limited in the classroom and this makes it harder for students to learn, and puts our instruments at risk of damage.

Without proper storage, our class set of ukuleles might get damaged from falling or being mishandled.

Installing wall-mounted ukulele stands would solve this problem by giving us a safe place to keep them and would allow us to show off the instruments, getting students excited to learn the ukulele and fostering interest!
