Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We have a large number of students diagnosed with autism, and a shortage of noise canceling earmuffs. The noise canceling earmuffs will help students be able to cancel unwanted noise in and out of the classroom. The fidgets will help students to self regulate their emotions when they are feeling overwhelmed.
My goal for this project is for the noise canceling earmuffs and fidgets to be used to help high needs students to obtain the tools they need to focus and be successful in school.
What makes my students special are their unique way of learn, their desire to learn, and their special educational needs.
