My Students

It's time to spread a joyful noise of awareness! My students want to educate their peers in being environmentally conscious through songs, raps, and chants.

I have 15 vibrant and energetic third graders.

We are a Title I school and many of our students get free or reduced lunches. We are located north of Houston in a rural community. My students have desire to learn and want to achieve a successful future in life. They enjoy learning new concepts, working cooperatively, and showing off their work. My students and I are grateful that Disney is providing this opportunity.

My Project

My students are learning ways to help the environment. I want my students and others at our school to become environmentally aware and be active in helping make the Earth a better place. We thank you Disney for this opportunity to make a positive change in the world in which we live. We believe every single child and adult can help make the world a better place with the positive decisions we make each day. Let's work together to help children think green and ensure that they will grow up to be responsible adults who care for the Earth. The keyboard will be very useful for this project. By creating songs, raps, or even chants to share my students will be able impact their community and better our environment in the process. The snacks will provide some energy they need while they compose their songs, raps, or chants in their small groups. My class wants to do their part in making our environment the best.

With your generous donations my students will have the necessary materials to create songs about ways to help take care of our environment and make the world a better place to live.
