My Project

I am implementing a new way of ensuring all students reach mastery of our core essential standards by offering more choice and more one on one instruction. To do this, I have "cloned" myself by giving students short video lessons along with whole group, small group, and one on one lessons. To enable this fully, students need decent headphones. I have purchased cheaper sets myself but at this point, we are down to only a handful that still function.

My students are amazing and deserve the highest quality materials available to them.

With this model, students are able to stay on track even when they are absent and it allows me more time to differentiate and reach every student where they are at instead of assuming all students are at the same level. This model also encourages accountability which is something students benefit from greatly.
