My Project

As a dedicated kindergarten teacher, I strive to create a positive and engaging learning environment where my students feel motivated to participate, take risks, and develop a love for learning. One way I support this is through a treasure box system, which provides small treats and incentives for students who demonstrate positive behaviors, academic growth, and collaboration. These rewards serve as a tangible way to celebrate students’ efforts and accomplishments, reinforcing the values of hard work, kindness, and perseverance.

The treasure box is more than just a motivational tool—it directly supports classroom learning.

By incorporating incentives, I can encourage students to stay focused during lessons, follow classroom routines, and work cooperatively with their peers. For example, when students complete challenging tasks, demonstrate problem-solving skills, or actively participate in group activities, they can earn the opportunity to select a reward. This not only promotes engagement but also helps students develop critical skills such as goal-setting, self-regulation, and responsibility.

I am seeking support to replenish the treasure box with small, affordable treats such as stickers, pencils, erasers, and mini toys. These items spark joy and excitement for my students and help foster a positive and enthusiastic classroom culture. By contributing to this initiative, you are helping to build an environment where learning is celebrated, and every student feels valued for their efforts and achievements.
