My Project

I love how hardworking, kind, and resilient my students are. They show up each day ready to try, even when learning feels challenging, and they genuinely celebrate one another’s successes. Many of them thrive on encouragement, and even small moments of recognition can make a big difference in their confidence and motivation.

The prize box items will help turn those moments into something tangible and exciting.

Mechanical pencils will give students tools they can use every day while also feeling special and “new.” Fun items like mochis, 3D animal erasers, and keychains will serve as meaningful rewards for effort, growth, and positive choices. These incentives help build a classroom culture where hard work is noticed and celebrated.

By offering these small rewards, I can reinforce perseverance, boost engagement, and create a positive environment where students are eager to participate and do their best. For many of my students, choosing a prize is more than just a treat—it’s a moment of pride that encourages them to keep learning and growing.
