Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Having a treasure box in 2nd grade is a powerful way to encourage positive behavior hard work, and goal- setting. Students thrive on motivation, and small rewards help reinforce good habits, participation and effort. Whether celebrating kindness, perseverance, courage, accountability, or academic achievements, a treasure box makes leaning more exciting and rewarding. However, stocking it with fun and meaningful prizes can be expensive, especially when paid for out of pocket. Despite the cost, I believe in the value it brings to my students and want to continue using it to create a positive, engaging classroom environment. Any donations would help keep this tradition alive and support my students growth.
