This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am brand new to teaching students with specific math difficulties at the middle school-aged level. I love working with students that teach them different ways to learn because we all learn in different ways. My goal this year is to provide an environment based on travel and this is why. My students will "travel" from my class to others and within my math room, they will be "exploring" new ways to learn, and what better way to do that than to make it feel like an adventure! New classroom decor appropriate to their age level and new math manipulatives will help them achieve anything they set their minds to! Together we will go on a new journey and become better versions of ourselves knowing that not only myself but my students can do it all!
