They were so grateful that their teacher, peers, and community got to experience such kindness and generosity. Knowing that they were cared for made them want to put in more effort into their academics. They refuse to let these items go to waste! \r\n\r\nMy classroom and myself feel such a sense of pride when we see how far we have come since the beginning of the year. We have all worked so hard to make this classroom a home and now it truly feels like it. Most of my students spend more time with me than they do their own family so it is very important that we create an environment that includes all of our students.
