My Students

I have a classroom full of creative young minds that are trying to find their niche in society. They all have a positive mindset whenever they are provided work in which they are allowed to get creative. They love their lessons to be interactive and like when they have a responsibility to fulfill and be included with the mainstream student in the building. We are always looking for ways to promote work skills for our students to help them productive members of society but exploring all their skills and talents.

My Project

The Surface Pro will be used to help my students design and edit projects for 3D printing using CAD software. We have the technology available to the students but not anything that would allow them to really elaborate on their creative abilities. I have students who great at drawing, and several who are good with technology, this gives students with different abilities within my special education classroom a way to work together as a team to produce something unique and meaningful. We have basic computers but nothing that can be manipulated in by a stylus for them to digitally draw and save their work.
