This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Creating a Student Data and Work Sample notebook will empower your students to take ownership of their learning by helping them track their academic progress and reflect on their growth over time. By regularly organizing and reviewing their own data and work samples, students develop a deeper understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement. This process promotes self-assessment, goal setting, and a sense of accountability, all of which contribute to increased motivation and academic achievement.

All students need to develop an understanding of what they are learning at school and how those skills will be used outside the classroom.

Students will use the at-home learning supply kits to complete assignments, projects, and practice activities outside of the classroom. These kits provide essential tools and materials that support continued learning at home, helping students stay engaged and reinforce concepts taught in class. By having access to these resources, students can maintain consistency in their learning, develop independence, and take responsibility for their academic progress beyond the school day.
