This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Crayons, markers, colored pencils, and glue are essential tools that support various aspects of learning and student success in class. They facilitate hands-on engagement, creative expression, and visual learning, which are vital for comprehension and retention across different subjects.
These materials enable students to illustrate their ideas, annotate texts, create diagrams, and visually organize information, enhancing their understanding of concepts.
Additionally, they encourage artistic expression, allowing students to communicate their thoughts and interpretations in diverse ways.
Furthermore, activities involving these supplies promote fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail, which are crucial for academic tasks such as writing, drawing, and problem-solving.
