Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are 6 and 7-year-olds who love coming to school and learning! They love reading, math, recess, and lunch. They love learning on our carpet during whole group and making anchor charts for different units.

My students all come from low-income households and many are learning English for the first time.

I am requesting a two three packs of toner for our classroom printer. Toner is an essential basic need in our classroom. Often our big copiers are broken or we are waiting for a repair person to come from the company. Having toner means that students can complete their school work and I can print out different resources (family projects, abc letter sounds, important papers for parents to complete, etc.) We also often print out every resource in English and Spanish, so all families can access information being sent home.
