My Project

My special education self-contained class utilizes a system for rewarding our students for their hard work, positive behavior, and academic success through our student incentive store—a place where they can “shop” for fun and useful items using token they earn throughout the school day.

To encourage positive behavior and promote financial literacy and independence (exchanging tokens for money and utilizing money skills for purchasing items), we need items that will be special for all of our students unique likes and preferences.

This student incentive store helps our classroom run smoothly and allows my team to encourage responsibility, respect, and achievement in our special education classroom.
