This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hello I am Ms. Cortes and I am a School Climate Advocate at my school. I am starting a PBIS campaign where students can earn BT Bucks for things like attendance, dressing for success, being kind, asking for support, and following school expectations. I want students to know that attendance matters, and that in times where the world and life might have many challenges, their school can be their safe haven. I want to use the BT bucks to engage them back in school. If those BT bucks get them a snack or a sensory toy I want them to know that someone noticed that they did something to better their learning. Help me by starting my BT Bucks Store!
