This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My request is simple: We need Kleenex for the flu, COVID and head cold season we are in! I purchased a case of Kleenex out of pocket the first month of school, and the supply is already depleted. I never knew how essential this school supply item was to teaching and learning until last week when 6 of my students were sneezing and coughing, and disrupted my instruction to find Kleenex.

Kleenex in the classroom is as important as pencils!

Having Kleenex readily available helps keeps the continuity of the learning process. Students do not have to leave class to go to the restroom to solve their dripping nose dilemmas.
