This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

A Kindness Rock Garden is a beautiful way to spread positivity, promote community engagement, and encourage acts of kindness. My youngest artists I feel have the most creativity, my pre-students will be creating a kindness rock garden and planting flowers around it too. With the creation of an outdoor space filled with decorated rocks carrying uplifting messages or images.

This project not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the environment but also fosters a sense of connection and empathy among participants.

We will be using the paint pens to paint the rocks and planting some beauty around them too!
