My Students

Power-packed pupils who are ready to jump into learning enter my classroom each morning. Having an organized classroom is paramount to creating the best learning environment possible.

A system to help my students stay organized would keep needed supplies in their hands instead of in all the wrong places.

My students are from a low income families where school supplies are difficult to buy or replenish. My creative second graders love to generate products using colors, lines, and patterns with their school tools!

My Project

I have a variety of learning levels in my classroom which include students who are gifted or have special needs. Each student is establishing the organizational skills that will follow him or her throughout their school career. The pouch pockets will be hold pencils, markers, crayons, rulers, and other necessary items. This will help keep them stay focused on learning instead of trying to find supplies.

Being able to keep a clean work space with their books and supplies within reach will help my classroom run more efficiently and effectively.

The space in my room is very limited, so using every available space is beneficial. Hanging our supplies on the back of our chair will allow more time for learning and less time searching for what is needed.
