I teach 2nd graders. Teaching young children is awesome! They love to learn. However, due to their age, there are a lot of items that are used to educate their active and curious minds.
They love to learn, and having tools that help me prepare the classroom in a way that is both inviting and engaging provides an environment for learning!
Organizing and labeling the tools, books, and manipulatives helps students become more independent in their own learning by being able to find what they need quickly. This, in turn, leaves them more time for learning.
My Project
Creating a classroom that is warm and inviting is every teacher's dream, and where every child will feel welcomed and loved.
These materials will be used to help me make my classroom more organized and engaging for my students to increase student engagement and achievement!
I can create centers that my students will be able to use for years to come. Personalizing student materials and cubbies will give students ownership. I will be able to create learning stations in reading, writing, and math to motivate learners. We will be able to create interactive bulletin boards that will display student work. The Cricut is the ticket to an amazing classroom environment and a place where active learning can happen!
