My Project

We have a diverse group of learners at our school. Our kids are kind, hard working, eager learners. All of the student at our school receive free breakfast and lunch. We also host a variety of before and after school clubs that are free to all students, which has helped keep our students excited to come to school. Through these clubs and various community engagement events we have achieved outstanding family engagement.

We will use these math kits to help close achievement gaps across all grade levels.

Each day we have a WIN (What I Need) block to help target specific student deficit areas in reading and math. In addition to that time we also provide free after school math tutoring. We will use these math kits to provide hands on, research based direct instruction through small groups. In doing so we are hoping to bring our struggling learners closer to grade level expectations.
