Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school is a special place serving nearly 600 amazing learners PreK-5. We focus on developing the leaders of tomorrow by creating exciting and authentic learning experiences and fostering meaningful partnerships with students and families. Physical Education and health is an important daily aspect of student life. Students love to move, groove, learn, and express themselves during twice weekly PE class!

Help me provide my students with inclusively sized scooters for PE.

As a new school, we have limited supplies for a large population of students. We recently received a donation of these scooters and they are a hot commodity! My students love the fact that they can comfortably ride on the large seat without pinching their fingers or worrying about tipping over. I would love to incorporate scooters into more activities as they provide students with an exciting addition to any unit.
