My Students

I work in an inner city school in Providence, Rhode Island. I have 26 students in my class. Many of them receive either free or reduced-price lunch.

This year of school is the first for many of my students, and I want them to be excited about learning.

I want them to love school and be happy to come every day. Technology is a great way to get them hooked on learning and for them to know that the sky is the limit. I am excited about this project, and I know they will be too!

My Project

This project is simple. We need a water cooler for my students to use to fill up these water bottles during the course of the day. Our school does have water fountains but they are currently broken. When they were working the water did not seem safe or clean. I would rather have a place in our room for the children to be able to get fresh clean water.

Once funded I will be able to get refills of the gallons of water.

Please consider helping myself and my students with this project. Our school is not new, fixing the water fountains is something that is not an important issue for our district to complete. Thank you for considering us.
