Third Graders Exercise Equipment for Brain Breaks and Indoor Recess

Help me give my students brain break equipment that will help reduce stress, anxiety, and frustration while also helping them focus and be more productive in the classroom!

My Students

My students are hard-working, inquisitive, and interested learners. They are the most empathetic group of kids I have ever met. They come to school every day ready to learn. They are kind, thoughtful, and caring to one another and to other students in the school.

They love to read, and love to learn math!

They make me so proud each and every day. I love to be their teacher. I look forward to seeing their smiling faces every morning as they come in and give me a hug!

They are some of the hardest-working kids I have ever met. I want to give them the best learning environment possible. I need these materials because I do not have enough options for my students to choose where they sit. These will give my students more opportunities to choose where they get to sit to learn!

My Project

Students more than ever are stressed and get frustrated quite easily. As educators, we are seeing this more and more in our classrooms. The materials I have asked for will help give my students the "brain break" they desperately need. Brain breaks are proven to help kids stay more focused. Short brain breaks during work time have been shown to have real benefits.

Brain breaks help reduce stress, anxiety, and frustration, and they can help kids focus and be more productive.

Brain breaks can also help kids learn to self-regulate and be more aware of when they're getting fed up or losing track of what they're doing.
