Our classroom is a beautiful place where amazing things happen every day. Students come into this classroom from every walk of life imaginable. Upon walking into the classroom, you will see a diverse group of students who share the same love for school and friendship.
While all the students are so amazingly different, they all share a strong desire for learning and success.
These children strive for greatness every day, regardless of where they come from. Some children come from a family living in poverty and some from a country they moved from only days ago. No matter what, they are strong and resilient children who work hard every day to do well and learn to the best of their ability.
My Project
New year, new grade! As I begin my first year as a third grade teacher, I know I am going to learn a lot. What I do know is that reading is always the most important, and interesting books that will hold my students interested will aid in their growing love for reading. I also know that organization is key, and students will need lots of materials for different assignments and projects.
This school year is going to be a huge adjustment for my third graders.
Because of the hardships faced by COVID-19, my students will need as much support in all aspects of learning. Having a wide range of books and adequate materials will remind them of the joy of learning and reading.
