Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Flexible seating allows students to have a choice where they are most comfortable to learn. I have also found that students are their best selves when they are encouraged and given incentives for their hard work. Rewards are great motivation and students thrive with positive reinforcement. A comfortable learning environment creates a safe feeling which allows students to feel less stress and free to express themselves. Being prepared and organized creates less stress for teacher which allows for more time to focus on grow and development of each individual student.
