My students walk into our classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day. As you can imagine they are your typical five and six year old kids who love nothing more than to be on the move exploring everything that life has to offer. My students bring so much life and energy into my classroom and I want nothing more than to give them that and so much more while they are a part of my classroom family.
My Project
My students need more magnetic blocks as well as 3D building blocks and tiles that they can use in every day play as well as in many different STEAM/STEM activities that we do in class. These materials will make a huge difference in the development of my students. It will allow them to engage with one another on a different level to solve problems and to create a solution.
These hands on manipulatives are very beneficial to my students learning based on the world that we live in today.
These manipulatives will help them learn in a way that we never thought about learning. It will help the to better engage in activities and to see how different ways work. It will allow them to develop many skills that they need in order to be successful in the world that we live in. These manipulatives will prepare them for future jobs that will be offered to them one day.
