My Project

We encourage diversity and inclusion in our populations. Let's include it in our learners! Diverse learners exist in each and every classroom and we need to meet their learning needs to achieve success in each student. Many young students need to be able to move while they learn. Elementary aged students are never asked to sit for very long. However, there are many who cannot focus without being able to move their bodies.

Wobble chairs like these allow younger students movement while sitting for core instruction, usually 15-25 minutes.

I have witnessed students thrive once offered these chairs. It is so important to understand that while we are all physically different, so are our brains and needs to learn. These chairs would be more inclusive for all my students' learning needs!
