These Rugs Will Really Tie the Room Together!

Help me give my students cozy spaces to read and work together. These small rugs will make smaller zones in our library for quiet reading or work as well as a calm place to decompress.

Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The whole goal of our library program is to give students a calm, comfortable, relaxing place to read, work, research and decompress. The green rugs will be used to create small nooks in the larger library space that students know are for quiet space as opposed to the larger group spaces. The entrance rug will be our first line of defense against winter salt and mud, and spring and fall mud!
