My Project

My students are thriving while staying calm and flexing. They are absolutely loving the few items that we have for flexible seating and our calming/break corner.

Having a more relaxing classroom, I believe, will enhance the minds of these little ones and further their education successfully in a more calming, yet excitingly fun, learning environment.

Granting them the opportunity to take a break when needed has really helped my students become more focused on their work as well as improved their social/emotional well being. I'd love to give them more options on how to justify and manage the way they are feeling.

Allowing them the option of their seating for their tasks ensures they have a fun, yet engaging learning environment. Students need to have structured control over their learning and education, and tend to focus better on their work when they are more comfortable and have a choice as to where to sit.
