My Students

At the end of the school year I want my student's to have built an electronic portfolio of their artwork so they are preparing for college portfolio reviews. My biggest challenge in getting them there is the lack of technology in my classroom.

My students are determined and very focused.

My students are very creative and love to be hands on. Our school is roughly 800 kids and they are the very best our state has to offer. The have wonderful manners, school spirited, and excited about learning.

My Project

My students will be using the iPad to edit their artwork through various art apps. They will be building an electronic portfolio for college with their artwork. My students will also be learning the fundamentals of art through many amazing apps for Art.

Technology is very limited in our school district and the more we can get our students involved in technology in the classroom, I feel the better equipped they will be for college and their future job.
