My Project

Help me inspire my young poets!

My students are beginning an exciting Poetry Book Project where they will write, illustrate, and design their very own poetry collections completely by hand.

Throughout this project, students will explore different types of poetry, practice using figurative language and imagery, and express their creativity through colorful illustrations, personal anecdotes, and artistic book covers.

To bring this project to life, we are seeking support for classroom supplies such as colored pencils, markers, construction paper, glue sticks, sticky notes, cardstock, decorative materials, and printing resources. These materials will help students create meaningful, visually appealing poetry books they can proudly share with others.

Your generosity will help foster creativity, confidence, literacy skills, and a love for writing in our classroom. Thank you for supporting our budding poets and helping make this memorable learning experience possible!
