This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In the heart of our vibrant classroom, a group of enthusiastic young minds are ready to begin a journey of creativity and expression through writing. As their teacher, I am committed to nurturing their potential and providing them with the tools they need to succeed. However, we face a challenge: the lack of engaging writing supplies. With your generous support, we can equip our students with the resources they need to become excited and confident about writing. My students will use markers, colored pencils and pens for creative writing time. Having a unique spot in the classroom with supplies available with a table and these welcoming stools will create a cozy mood for flexible seating choices.Unfortunately, many of our students come from low income communities where access to basic writing supplies is limited. I would love to see my excited to come to the writing table to get a chance these desired materials.

If you could just imagine a classroom where every student has access to high-quality pencils, pens, markers and other writing essentials.

With these supplies, students can freely explore their creativity, draft essays, compose poems, and develop necessary writing skills. Our goal is to create an environment where writing becomes a joyful and exciting experience for all.
