Our school is located in a small city in Arizona. This school was built in 1975 and is one of the oldest in the area. We are a Title One school with many at-risk, and low income families. My classroom services many ELL, and special needs students. The majority of my kindergarten students have not had the opportunity to attend a preschool. For many this is their first real school experience. My kindergarten students love everything about school from centers to homework. They have fun, positive personalities and are a pleasure to work with every day! Making kindergarten a positive, fun learning experience is very important to me, knowing that these students have a long academic journey ahead of them.
