My Project

As an instructional coach for grades 6-8, part of my role is helping each student to be successful by practicing strong organization habits that they will take with them to high school and beyond. Last year, I noticed that students were needing support in preparedness with writing utensils for our class, especially in the spring semester when supplies were dwindling.

These materials will allow each of my students to keep an individual supply pouch within the classroom, as well as create a basis for rewarding their preparation.

At the start of the semester, each student will be provided with their pouch and three pencils. At the end of each month, students who have responsibly maintained their supply will be entered into a prize raffle. Thank you for helping me jump start this project to support our students in developing organizational skills!
