Our students come from diverse backgrounds. We have over 37 languages spoken at our school and a high population of families in need of help. Access to the supplies students need at their fingertips will help with achieving the finished product.

Trying to figure out how to include art, music, and movement into a traditional reading and writing class is easy. What we need are supplies. DonorsChoose.org will give us the opportunity to bring art into our classroom.
My Project
We have a Project Fair in the Spring where we will display finished work for parents and community leaders. Students are so proud of their bold, colorful projects and enjoy displaying them. It is amazing how construction paper and borders enhance their work.
Incorporating more Project Based Learning into our classes has left our supply closet empty!
Students are having a wonderful time bringing their lessons to life. The environment is positive as they work individually or in groups to display their creations. Country reports, creations from The World's Greatest Artists and building rockets are just a few of the projects around the corner. Restocking our supply closet will help students get their work done to their satisfaction. This project will replenish the paper, glue, scissors, markers, and cardstock we need.
