My Students

Social Studies education, while always important, has become even more so in recent times. My Social Studies classes cover everything from Utah Studies to World History.

My students become highly engaged when when using technology, especially when watching videos that engage their critical thinking.

My Project

Students learning abilities come in all different sizes Each one should be able to reach their full potential regardless of any challenges they may bring with them to the classroom.

Videos allow me as the teacher to take students to worlds that would otherwise be impossible to visit.

They also afford students the opportunity to learn at their own pace by pausing and/or slowing videos down.

Having a quality, reliable set of headphones to do this is vital to their success. Many students cannot afford their own headphones and with a class set of headphones I can give them each a chance to have an equitable experience.
