Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Every year we love to celebrate our amazing 5th graders with a themed week just for them. This year we want to celebrate the kings and queens that they are by giving them a royal tea party, a crown decorating and sash decorating activity, and a royal ball.

Our 5th graders have worked extremely hard this year, and deserve the royal treatment.

Their creativity drives them to be the amazing students that they are. They have had a rough time as their elementary experience has been interrupted by Covid but they have overcome their trials and are thriving.

Please give them the tools to be confident and leaders as they depart elementary and make us so proud in their middle schools!
