Help me give my students a digital alarm clock as a reward and reminder for their perfect attendance and full class participation. This accomplishment will transfer to the real world as they become employees.

My 5th grade students are very lively and eager to learn. My attendance rate is at 90%, however, over half of my students have perfect attendance. They come to school on time or early with their cameras on, a pleasant greeting to their teacher and classmates, and they come ready to learn. One student traveled to Mexico with her family for nearly three weeks. She took her chrome book and academic materials and attended our virtual classroom on time everyday!
This uniquely amazing project rewards those students who are especially vigilant when it comes to school attendance and work ethics.
They realize that the kind of student they are now transfers over to the real world as they get older and prepare to enter the workforce someday. All of my students qualify for free and reduced-price lunch and breakfast but their socio-economic status does not hamper their thirst for learning. and for coming to school every day Each one of them has a dream and a goal in life and they know that a strong education is the way to attain their academic goals.
My attendance is high, however, nearly half of my students have perfect attendance. They come to school every day early or on time. They enter the virtual classroom following all the rules. Those rules are simple: cameras on, a greeting to teachers and classmates, materials on hand, and ready to learn.
A digital alarm clock for this special accomplishment not only serves as a reward but also a constant reminder as students grow older and eventually enter the work world - of the importance of being prompt and following the rules.
These students never fall behind because they are in school every day and do not miss any academics. One student went to Mexico for 3 weeks and took her Chromebook along and was present in class every day and on time! It doesn't get any better than that!
